On Saturday the 2's continue on their quest to win the league when they host Liskeard-Looe RFC with a 2.30pm kick-off.
The visitors fly the flag for rugby in the east of the county and as well as their senior side they have mini-junior and colts sides.
So far this season Liskeard-Looe have won 6 of their 15 matches with probably their best win being over Illogan Park at home by 12-3. The visitors are in 9th place on 27 points with a -123 points difference.
Earlier in the season the Reds won the encounter between the two clubs by 36-17.
The Redruth 2nds continued their winning ways last Saturday with a 50-0 win over Camborne School of Mines, this win kept them in the top spot with 74 points, 8 ahead of rivals for the title Saltash RFC who have a game in hand. The Reds now have a points difference of +622.
At present the Reds leading scorer Dean Wills is also the leagues leading scorer with 248 points and he is also the leagues leading try scorer with 12 along with Mike Allen.
