Redruth v Bournemouth
Saturday 14th December 2019 – Kick-off 2.00pm
Referee: Lloyd Davies.
Assistant Referees: Ian Pengelly & Andy Bickle
On Saturday Redruth welcome back to Hellfire Corner Bournemouth, who make the relatively short trip along the South coast. Bournemouth return to Nat.2, 6 years after last being at this level after storming to the South West Premier title last season winning 25 out of their 26 games.
Our visitors have so far found life tough at Level 4 and currently sit in 16th place with 12 points, their best performance so far probably being a 39-12 home win over Westcliff. Last Saturday Bournemouth beat Old Reds by 24-23 so will visit Hellfire Corner determined to cause an upset to the form book.
The Reds come into the game on a high after last Saturdays thrilling win at 4th placed Clifton. This leaves the Reds in 6th place with 46 points. The Reds top points scorer so far is Fraser Honey on 103 and the top try scorer is Matt Shepherd with 7.
Let’s give it the big Hellfire roar on Saturday and get behind the Reds.
Dos war ty ruth (come on you Reds).
