After last week’s one that got away, Redruth will be looking to get back on track as Syston make their first visit to the Recreation Ground. The defeat at Lymm meant we are down to 10th place in the league. Our next three games are against clubs beneath us in the table so its is vital that we put them away to ensure we don’t slip further down.

While Syston have only won two games this season, they are certainly able to score tries and gave us a hard game up in Leicestershire last September. They are a real community club and have held their own despite competition for players and resources in an area which is a hot bed of the game. Although they have still to win on the road this season, they will come here keen to cause an upset.

This Saturday is Hauliers Day so come along and look at some lorries as well as support Redruth 2s who are kicking off at 2pm
