The second game vs Exeter Uni ended up with them winning 35-0.
A very experienced young and fit side were to much for the Reds on the day after just emptying the tank against Plymouth Albion 5 mins earlier. Our ladies never gave up and it showed right up until the final whistle, where they all linked up very well starting deep in their own half and with some awesome offloads from both forwards and backs found them unfortunately knocking the ball on just before the line.
Some special mentions must go to the 3 debutants Laura Morris, Beth Richards and Beth Mcillvaray. Players of the day were Natalie Martin and Trudy Watts.
Coaches Mike Kevern and Lewis Thomas were blown away with how well all the Ladies performed. They stuck at it throughout both games, with some really outstanding performances and all our ladies should be so proud of themselves.
We will train hard now to get prepared for our next games in 2 weeks time at home vs Penryn 2s and Totnes on 19th Oct .
Thank you also to all the supporters that made the trip up to support the Ladies.
