Pauline, widow of Denzil, had been a member of Redruth RFC for over fifty years. In her early years she supported her husband on the field and was a member of the Ladies Committee, cooking players' meals, preparing buffets and scrubbing the muddy rugby shirts after the game. In later years Pauline enjoyed coming to watch a game of rugby and cheering on the Reds!

The funeral service will be held on Monday 9th September, 2.00pm at Treswithian Downs, Camborne.
