To All Parents/Guardians of Player’s Who Were Under 18 on the 01/09/21
There is a New Way the RFU want You The Parents to Manage your Childs Details, This Has to be done at the beginning of the Season! To Make sure All details are Correct for the Season,
First Of All You Have to Log Into Your Account on The GMS RFU Site
Please go To
https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/CreateAccount/?OrganisationId=987

Then You need to use the Email address you gave me to Register your Child with the RFU as Your ID and then go to forgot Password so they Can send you a link to renew it. This should take you to your Details, on this page should be a link for you to be able to go and check your Childs details and then hit the Affiliate Button.
You are also able to add new Siblings

After you have done this I then have to go to the site and approve them.
Please be Careful putting the Correct Details esp. DOB and Gender otherwise they will end up in the Wrong Group.

IF you are a new Parent
You go to the Top link and set up a new account, enter your detail, and then go to your Childs etc.

If You are a Transfer Coming from Another Club.
You Have to Do the Top Part and then also Affiliate to Our Club as well.
