August Friendly and National League 2 South Fixtures 2018-2019
New visitors for one of the home friendlies and some old friends return in National League 2 South
August Friendlies
11th: Away v Exmouth
Familiar opponents from South Devon who currently play at Level 5 in the South West Premier division. Exmouth's final game of the 2017-2018 season saw them hammer Camborne 59-19 so this will be no easy match for the Reds.
18th: Home v Beddau
Welsh Championship side who are coached by Lee Jarvis who many will remember from his playing days at the Cornish Pirates and Mounts Bay. Playing at Level 2 in Wales Beddau are sure to provide the Reds with a stern test in preparation for the new season.
25th: Home v St.Austell
Local derby against the Level 7 side from the clay country who only just missed out on promotion last season. St.Austell will be coached by former Reds favourite Kyle Marriott.
The league season kicks off on 1st. September with a visit to Bristol to play Dings Crusaders at their new ground. This will be the Reds first experience of a league game on a 3G artificial pitch. The first home game will on 8th September against our local rivals Taunton who are the Reds closest opponents this season.
